Does anyone know where I can find the official draw times for individual lotteries or would I go by the time zone regions

I'm thinking about dividing the draws up into 3 MiddayEvening (root of 3 sum of 12 due)Late draws (root of 4 and 5 sum of 13 and 14 due)Let's see if these show for the late games

I've always been curious about this? How do you post picks that apply to every state where the stats for every state's game have to be different? Do you combine all picks from all states into one program or spreadsheet? Thanks for any info
