			<description><![CDATA[<p>It is time to play Win d&#x27;s list of numbers (have a 0 and/or 1) in them in California.  California has had 5 draws in a row without a number having both the 0 and 1.  Win d suggests you play numbers without a double or triple and maybe reduce the number of tickets you have to play by eliminating the last few numbers that had a 0 and/or 1.
