My program is FREE, however, it would take about two days with me to learn how to use it ! And, it can be adapted to any State. I spend a little more than 4 hours a day on the programs for three States and would never think about charging anyone for anything, it is a hobby with me, I stay ahead of the game and that is the most important part for me.Thanks again for your hard work and insight into the various aspects of the game !
