			<description><![CDATA[<p>Dr Pepper (I like your drink, by the way!!),Neighbors are two numbers together.  There are 10 of them:01, 12, 23, 34, 45, 56, 67, 78, 89, and 90.  In most states about 1/2 of the hits contain neighbors, so I watch that and when they have not hit for a while, I start playing them.
