Hey Winsumloosesum, here are some I know of for sure.California, Lotto-Quebec, Kansas, Delaware, Colorado, Idaho, Indiana, South Dakota, Minnesota, Missouri, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Louisiana, Nebraska and Wisconsin have already converted from traditional drawing machines to computers and random number generation for all or part of their on-line game drawings.I hope this helps,Bryan
