Thanks California Dude,I noticed the 3 most frequest skips (+1, -2, -4) sometime ago and use it with my workout. I am thankful that someone else noticed. I plan on working with your workout and mine to see if I can help with the reduction selection. If I see a pattern, I will share.Thanks again,Mybolade
