			<description><![CDATA[<p>You are welcomed !As you know, the Deflate System and MikeK&#x27;s The Crunch System (# 1 version, or # 2 version using the # 1 version emulator) are basicaly the same thing.Priorities and Tiers are the same thing and both programs work about the same to give also about the same results more or less.Both of them are very good for work on Tiers or Priorities  all states workouts for  .</p>]]></description>
