Well the ideal game is one that I win. Other than that there are ideal state games and ideal multi-state games. Oregon has the best state lottery - more than 50% to the players, good odds (one in 6 million) and the pot hits 20 million at least every year. The ideal pick 5 is washington quinto (one in 2.6 million) and breaks 2.6 million every year and is cash at once. i'd rather go for something along the lines of hoosier lotto. $1 per play, with a free play for matching 2 of 6, and the jackpot doesn't get hit too often, so the jackpot can get pertty big for an in-state game.

The closest thing to a perfect lotto game is Massachusetts Ca$h WinFall, with its 60% prize return, lump-sum jackpot which rolls down to the 5/6, 4/6, and 3/6 levels after reaching $2 million, and awards a free play for 2/6...well worth the $2 ticket cost.At the other end is Mass. Megabucks (still annuity-only) and NY Lotto (38%-40% payback).

And don't say My dream game would be played buy buying a ticket, and I'd automatically win $1,000,000 , because that's not a game, that's a poorly run charity. I talkin' about actual lotto games.
