How bout this...... the forth number is left open right? Since 50 per cent of pick 4 numbers are doubles.....unlike p3....... then we could use each of the first 3 numbers as doubles. Like this.... 367 x that would translate to 367 3 367 6 367 7

Here is a different test. This one is based on WIN_D's suggestion. I am dealing with it like a P3 game. I would be shocked if this one works, because I have to ignore data. This is my first P4 post. This is a test to see if my P3 method can be done in the P4. The method can not be performed the exact same way so I am attempting to improvise here and still keep the selections manageable.
