			<description><![CDATA[<p>I like the Cash 25 game and have mentioned it to the Delaware Lottery people almost every time I visited the drawings when they were complaining about losing money with the 6/38 game that they just retired. I go through West VA once a year on my way to visit my mother in ILL and I play the Cash 25 game. I have won money 4 out of the last 6 times I played.......a few 4s and several 3s without having anything to go on but the last 4 or 5 drawings for the most part.
