			<description><![CDATA[<p>I agree on GBSSR they should stop midday. I have e-mailed them about that and they said they have to follow the other states around them. I also suggested to put a poll on thier web site and let the public vote on it. I got no reply on that one. I would like to see them increase the odds on the 3 and 4 digit. No other state has done that.</p>]]></description>
