			<description><![CDATA[<p>I think I can give you 50 numbers or less to play each draw in the states that I track and have very close to a 50% win rate.  Those of us that play on could play 25 cent box and be betting $12.50 per draw.  If you won (on average) every other draw, that would be $25 bet and a minimum payoff of $37.50.  A double now and then would help ($75.00).</p>]]></description>
