			<description><![CDATA[<p>Justin...I wonder if it has anything to do with the (possible?..I don&#x27;t know for certain) fact that maybe all these computerized states are using RNGs basically purchased from the same company?If so, then (since there is supposedly no such thing as  totally random random number generation ) perhaps that may be the answer to why so many states go into trends periods of having the same two digits show up as doubles.
