Moderation and balance produces great results. Take it easy. Sometimes we spend too much of our precious time making some faceless, insensitive corporation more successful at our own expense. I quit a job I thought I really needed in order to spend more time with my mother whose health was declining. I feel you worked nightshift for 18 years. I know time is precious. I have been working back to back double. Sometime their is not enough time to spend on life itself.

I am a nightshift workerI come straight from work to the forumI have been doing this from day oneI get two to three hours of sleep routinely.CRAZY,yes but my zeal for numbers keepsme like this.
