			<description><![CDATA[<p>As I mentioned previously in another post, I have found particularly valuable Gail Howard&#x27;s Lottery Master Guide in conjunction with her Manual accompanying her software.What Howard does is teach you to identify and recognize Number Patterns.  By studying number patterns, you can apprehend or anticipate what numbers might be drawn next.
