mass. may have crappy games but their payouts are ok pick 4 was 6k last nightwith casinos popin up all over no doubt lotterys have felt a pinch but i think they are going at new customers all wrong instead of ripping them off they should ease up on odds and better payoff to incourage players more games like mass. cash windfall 2 out 6 wins a free betjackpot over 2 mill lesser bets get pumped up nicely

Maybe I should send Todd my losing tickets and verify why its impossible to win here. Last year in an 8 month period I lost 7000 and won 400.00---I got 6 percent back, yet they say they pay players 57% back. Thats a little off. This has gone on for years.

Before anyone wants to complain about low payout in their State they should first check Indiana's payouts.Yesterday, the combined dollar payout in Indiana for both the midday and evening pic 4 was 14,140. Thats right, 14,140 for both draws combined. Isnt that something. But that is a typical scenario around here. Gosh, cant wait to get my losing tickets for today and make my contribution.
