That depends on whether they pick all the balls from 4 seperate machines or all the balls from one machine. I asked this question a while back and someone said that in their state they draw all 4 balls from one machine so in this case i san it's 4 out of ten.to answer your question no its not a 4/40 drawing. Each machine has ten balls and they draw one ball fron each machine. 1/10

I see pick 4 not as a 4 digit game, but as a pick 4 of 40 game. Does anyone else see this the same way
