			<description><![CDATA[<p>The last 100 draws in Wisconsin shows the following.  This is the number of draws that contained the specified digit:#0 = 26#1 = 28#2 = 25#3 = 23#4 = 42#5 = 28#6 = 22#7 = 20#8 = 30#9 = 22Since you asked for ONE number, you can try my suggestion of using the middle digit of the previous draw, or play the 4 as suggested by Justin.  I don&#x27;t track this state.  I don&#x27;t know how often you would hit using my suggestion, but obviously you would hit 42% of the time just playing the 4 all the time.
