The interpretation of odds can be a tricky thing. I&#x27;d say that the next red Powerball number will be higher than twelve simply because it&#x27;s odds-on (2 to 5) in favor of it. You&#x27;re entirely right that any number can come up, but the mathematical odds are the only realistic insight for me. I can&#x27;t see any real law or logic in simply relying on what has happened in the past. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>I will say  Higher than 12  using past history as a guideline...in the current matrix, 12 has been drawn 4 times, the last 3 times were as follows10/30/02 PB 1211/02/02 PB 3412/18/04 PB 1212/22/04 PB 1801/01/05 PB 1201/05/05 PB 37based on this, I would begin choosing a powerball by picking a Higher number than 12, knowing full well that ANY number from 1-42 could come up... it&#x27;s at least a starting point...</p>]]></description>
