			<description><![CDATA[<p>Hummm....so let&#x27;s see...if I proclaim how my spreadsheet will have the winning lottery number in it for each and every game that plays, reckon how much I could sell it for? BTW...Cash 3   4 actually does...a complete list of every number combination that can play is shown. I guess as long as I don&#x27;t indicate that I ain&#x27;t helping you  find  that winning number, I would sorta be legal???
