Here's how I would change the WV Lottery.First, Jack Whittaker is NOT allowed to play.Now on to the games.Daily 3/Daily 4: Mid-Day Drawings at 12:59, Evening drawings at 10:59. Payouts remain the same.Cash 25: Same matrix, but rolling jackpot starting at $25,000. Drawings 7 days a week.Powerball and Hot Lotto would remain the same.I would also add a Pick 5 of 30 game with a rolldown feature in the dvent of no top prize winner.Keno would remain the same.Instant Games: Increased top prizes.
