New workout with old onesKeeping notes and trialing all ideas hit or miss Finding repeating pairs in workout Giving time for digits to fall.Cover all bases,so you can say the workout was done to its fullest potential(7 days).If it can not pass a 7day test than it is worthless.I do many trials.Especially new workouts because I want to augment the tried and true workouts.
