			<description><![CDATA[<p>Perhaps you might get the PA data base and deflate that sum 15. In other words ...subtract or deflate the last 6 months PA. hits from the Sum 15 numbers. Then subtract or deflate Pa. last yr. or 12 month hits from the sum 15.  Whats left should be a pretty HOT list.   All the sum 15 numbers that have not hit ......yet.    Ofcourse..... I still believe one of the bestFilters for narrowing down numbers ...even futher is to...... separate the draws. Yeap ! Saves money too.
