			<description><![CDATA[<p>When California joins in June or whenever, I feel lengthening the jackpot odds (along with better OVERALL odds) is the correct thing to do. We may see higher starting jackpots, a fixed (remember CA requires pari-mutuel prizes) $250,000 second prize; there may also be a new 2+0 category should the new version be 5/71 + 1/17. Trust me, a new version of Mega Millions would still be better than  NY Lotto 6/59.</p>]]></description>
