Yeah, I do know Blackapple.....the Michigan contingency use the 34 workout every day as you know...........now I am waiting for the awesome workout to continue..................!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!You are teasin' us.........lol................I still use that flow of numbers as originally tested by you, very frequently........
