There are several applications to this ............you can use both night and day or try using the previous two draws of day or night. Each has to see what works for their own state............sometimes one side gives the other.....for example..........in PA we had 468 244 on day side.after doing the set-up456 234567 345678 234result:681812812 look at all those 8's, 2's and 1's!!!!!!That night 128 fell on night side and two days later 881 fell!!!!Play with it...
