Last week ....on the internet. Then later I read it in the newapaper.Go Army: Your right about Liquor stores. Even in the worst of times...people will drink. I know of a a liqour store that has 3 machines. They have produced at least 7 big big winners/millionaires. It is called Fleichmans on the northwest side of town.

I knew it would be just a matter of time. The state really needs the money for all those porkbarrel projects that never seem to end....like our road reconstruction. Maybe the city of chicago should start their own game to cover the waste and fraud that runs rampent here at home. Or are lotteries only state sanctioned ? Can a city run and operate their own lottery? Your thoughts, please.

IL. is adding another Lotto drawing starting in April. It will be on Monday's. So now drawings will be Monday, Wednesday and Saturday's. I believe the prize structure will remain the same. Your thoughts
