			<description><![CDATA[<p>the big 4 night drawing started back in November 1980 and i don&#x27;t think they had a drawing 7 days a week when they first started. So that information would be correct. Possibly 8000 drawings took place with many of the numbers having been drawn 2/3 times or more.Maryland&#x27;s pick 4 night drawing started in 1983 and aproximatly 4000 numbers haven&#x27;t been drawn straight.</p>]]></description>
