Megamillions might make their game better now that California is joining but both should have done something when their average jackpots started to tank. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>Well considering what a bad year Powerball is off to right now it wouldn&#x27;t be difficult to match it.Powerball is averaging 21.6 million so far in 2005. Below that of some large state lotteries. Powerball didn&#x27;t have any large states join it however.The average pot has been falling for Powerball as well but I doubt that Powerball is going to fix it anytime soon.</p>]]></description>
