			<description><![CDATA[<p>I&#x27;m playing Quinto now. The last record jackpot was 2.8 million. Now it&#x27;s 4.09 million (for a pick 5 game no less).It just keeps dragging on and on. No one seems to win it. I have been there before with Washington&#x27;s lotto plus and Oregon&#x27;s megabucks I was wondering how other players feel about jackpots that just don&#x27;t ever seem to be hit.</p>]]></description>
