i'd like to see arkansas get a lottery,they are not so much a bible state like say alabama or mississippi........

i don't think it'll ever happen.mississippi wasn't able to pass here recently.tennessee has been trying since 1984 and we barely got ours to pass 20 years later,mississippi also has powerful casinos who will join forces with the church to block a lottery from ever passing.i could see arkansas dventually.....

They'll start one dventually, but probably not in our lifetime. The Mormon church practically owns and operates the entire state.

I think that utah will get the lottery but they will be the last state in the U.S. to do so a long time from now.
