Jeff, I am on my way to Indianaplois this morning and plan to buy tickets all weekend while I'm there. So when your checking the winners for the day and see a spike in winning payouts it's because I'm in town. Where's Indiana's Lottery H.Q.? Maybe I can stop in and shake things up a bit. Chicago style.

Its not so much how much Indiana is paying each draw, but how many winners based on the sales data. For example if they pay out 20,000 but only have 30 winners when the statistics show they should have 113 winners that is a problem.

I would guess that the payouts on the evening draw are 10-15 thousand shy of what they should be resulting in 3 to 6 million dollars that the players dont receive.

Todd, If say 63,000 people bought either 12 or 24 way boxes on pic 4, then here is how I figure it using simple math. The average of 12 and 24 is 18. 18 X 63,000 is 1,134,000. That would represent the amount of possible combos and boxes based on 18 way. Divide 1,134,000 by 10,000 numbers and that would indicate the average number of boxes and combos per day of 113. Again, this is a simple rough idea of how many boxes would be paid.
