			<description><![CDATA[<p>Somehow, a part of these numbers figure into Midday Texas for today 2/18: 390 and 388. 388 Suggests that a double will come, but with other numbers than 388.  It&#x27;s something new I&#x27;ve noticed with good consistency.  Take yesterday&#x27;s Midday number and multiply by 75 percent and 74.5 percent for two separate products.I backtested this and it produce one or two of the digits that will come, or if a double like 388 is produced, a double with some other numbers come.
