I've never heard of this software. You should have asked your questions before spending your money. It's kinda like locking the hen house after all the chickens are gone. If you paid with a credit card, you probably can get your money back or credited to your account. I had the same problem with Girl gone Wild and my Discover Card took care of it.RJOh
