			<description><![CDATA[<p>Look at TN Tea&#x27;s thread titled the strategy..it is very informative and gives you an idea how to play using the stacks..I read this on Ion Saliu&#x27;s site and just had to put it in my blog..As promised, here is the strategy applied to the pick-3 and pick-4 games. The formula says that 50% of the 3 digits (1 or 2 digits) of the pick3 game will come out within 1 drawing, that is, they are repeats from the preceding drawing. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>stacks are simply the last 3 or 4 draws piled on top of eachother. using them is almost 100% intuition, some people say play the numbers that show the most, some say the least, some say mix them, not meaningly offending anyone here, i think alot of people will agree when i say, they are at the least, unprofitable. there are better methods out there.</p>]]></description>
