From the MM FAQ:Click to expand Can I buy Mega Millions tickets by mail? Yes, in states where it is offered, you can subscribe to Mega Millions by filling out a subscription form and returning it to that state lottery.

The best way is to buy the tickets yourself even if you have to travel to a near-by State or else have some one you trust buy them for you. As has been pointed out on this forum many times, you have to read the small print of these on-line services, some only pay out a limited amount if you have all the winning numbers because they are running their own lotteries and not buying MegaMillions or PowerBall tickets.RJOh
