			<description><![CDATA[<p>I think this is a good Idea but I think it should be done as a promotion to see how it goes over with the public. I think lottery agencies should do this with all games instead of sticking games out that they want people to play. I thought their sole purpose was to get my money and give part of the winnings I rarely get to the IRS</p>]]></description>
