Paul,Ditto to what Todd said. Spend time here in the forum reading the past posts and you'll find most of that stuff here. Just go through past messages in the forums. Those people aren't selling anything that is a guaranteed winner because there is no such thing.

Same basic stuff that has been advertised using Google AdWords for a long time. They take all the basic so-called systems that are floating around, create an e-Book, and sell them like they're something new. Purely a way to try to make quick money for the owner. Don't waste your money.
