			<description><![CDATA[<p>no matter what, you cannot win, because most states go without even letting the lottery players know. wisconsin gave us no warning, they didnt even tell us when they went computerized, go on the computerized states websites, and i dare you to find where they tell you their drawings are run by computers. you&#x27;ll see states like texas brag about their machines, dont see indiana doing that......then their are states like TN that are either rigging their balls or using an RNG to pick their number and... &#x5b;&#xa0;<a href="https://www.lotterypost.com/thread/108826/345516">More</a>&#xa0;&#x5d;</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>The least everybody should do is email their lottery and let them know what they think.  I&#x27;ve done this in Arizona.  All they say is they will forward my concerns to the proper authorities, but at least somebody is hearing it.  If everybody could commit to doing this on at least a monthly basis it would go a long way to keeping this issue on the front burner and in their face.
