Lucky,I did an EXTENSIVE search of the p-4 for Illinois, it took about two weeks. I was trying to get a re-occuring number that hit on a yearly basis every year since 1988. Just something to play a buck on at each draw Straight/boxed. What I came out with is that a number that was drawn in '88 might not be drawn again until '02.
