O.K. Here's the game I thought of.Pick 6 numbers out of 44, and a seperate jackpot ball from 44. Unlike other Powerball-style games, the jackpot ball only applies to it's the namesake, the jackpot. If you don't match all 6 regular numbers, matching the jackpot ball only gets you a free ticket in addition to any other prizes.
