I have used fortune cookie numbers from 3 different Chinese restaurants. Unfortunately, none of them won me any money from any game.I did for a long time play a number that was a combination of my birthday and my age. On Louisiana's 4th Lotto drawing, it matched me 4 numbers and won me $50. I have used fortune cookie numbers before on both Powerball and Louisiana Lotto. Never had a winner and once matched one number. That's not much better than I do with quickpicks.
