You know it's time to change PB again when a winner chooses the 30 payments instead of lump sum...how about making the annuity 40 payments

I don't see why PB needs to change. More people are becoming millionaires and I like that. It somehow makes me think I have a better chance of winning and that low jackpots are able to be won. I'll gladly take a $12 million ANNUITY.

300,143,242 Powerball tickets have been sold since the low jackpot run began on 12/11/04. Normally you would expect it to have been hit 2 or 3 times by now (300m/120m). Being hit 7 times is a statistical blip that is well within the range of probability. It's just unfortunate that it's happening to Powerball when Mega is on such a tear with Texas and Cali.

Well I thought I would never say that powerball would have a hard time getting out of the teens and beyond twenty plus. But dang it all to heck the F-ing thing is so now I will have to start playing every drawing. Welcome to the new smaller jackpot winner era so long big jackpots I miss you.
