			<description><![CDATA[<p>I can&#x27;t remember where I found the info but it seemed to read that Connecticut hasn&#x27;t sold a Powerball jackpot ticket (two) since the middle of 1997, which just happened to be weeks before and after I moved to my present address. And I don&#x27;t even recall hearing the news when it happened.If my facts are straight, is there any state with a longer dry spell than Connecticut</p>]]></description>
