			<description><![CDATA[<p>The 2-digt repeat is so very overdue in Texas.  I use a combined database.  Here is my chart showing the number of skips between 2-digit repeats for Texas: 0= 8 1= 7 2= 6 3= 5 4= 5 5= 2 6= 4 7= 9 8= 1 9= 1 10= 2 11= 2 12= 0 13= 3 14= 1 15= 0 16= 1 20= 1 21= 1 30= 1 34= 1Currently the 2-digit repeat has skipped 26 times.  I am playing 70x, 74x, and 04x with only 1 exact repeat.  That gives you 28 tickets to play.
