Hi LottoMike:I don't believe I'd want any of those things. Time was when I'd have wanted a large room carpeted with 40 inch busts, (something to feel good underfoot), but even that doesn't appeal too much to me anymore. We don't trust the Indiana lottery, with prizes they size they are. Not the NY lottery. Here we're talking about prizes larger than the GNP of a lot of countries. Buying a ticket would get you lower odds than buying a raffle ticket for a giveaway junker when the carnival comes to town. I think I'd rather see something to rush the larger jackpots in the multi-state lotteries. Drawings could be structured on a rotation, similar to the European Union. Its presidency rotates once every six months, to a different member nation. Drawings could be in the US for a year, then Germany or UK for a year, Japan for a year, etc.Logistics, regulations...I think there are too many barriers in the way, right now.

With all the fighting that keeps happening around the world I think there are more pressing needs than a world lottery. I doubt there would even be a joint lottery with the U.S. and Europe let alone the rest of the world.
