			<description><![CDATA[<p>Well it needed to be changed it&#x27;s sad that it&#x27;s not much of one. I agree that public opinion at this point would be moot. One could only hope powerball won&#x27;t screw it as badly as mega has. 175 million may seem like a lot but with California added it really won&#x27;t make a big difference, they needed to be closer to the 200 mark. California was a member of MUSL.I have a feeling you are correct that the matrix change was decided long before now. Like 185-190 million to one with less megaballs.Like 5/59 + 1/38 or 5/60 + 1/34 or 35.I&#x27;m also sure that Texas will ram this through irregardless if people want it or not.Sales don&#x27;t really support more than 12 million yet until the sales from California are known. They could always raise it to 15 if the sales are good.</p>]]></description>

Of course here in WA state lotto plus (which had a plus ball) and lotto (which does not) the plus game hit new levels of prizes and the old and current game is stuck at under the 5 million mark since they brought back that worthless game. I don&#x27;t think a change to 175 million is enough to fix it but we&#x27;ll see.No one seems to be saying when any change will actually happen though.</p>]]></description>
