there has GOT to be a way to expose this,i think you need to keep writing down this payout info,write down a comparison of other states,list all the money you spent,and mention the scratch off scandal,that scratch off scandal already makes them look bad to begin with......

This country hasn't belonged to the people since the fifties. Now that the ball is really rolling they can ignore just about everything we want unless the talk show wonks are chatting it up big time for ratings.The only real difference between the dictatorships we complain about and our government is we can become part of it and help screw our fellow americans. I just received word that House Bill 1521 in Indiana to eliminate computer drawings has died. I am not surprised! I guess the thought of having to pay out too much money using balls was too much.
