Oh. Sorry rjoh it's just my scanning of the story. I haven't really heard about private lotteries anywhere. I assumed that their was just for New York's lottery.

It's about as accurate as most of the news printed in the NY times and they don't get sued over it. If news outfits had to pay for every misquote, made up story, or inaccuracy they would all be bankrupt. Anyways most players would either check on the internet or at the ticket scanners at many stores that sell lottery tickets.

Did you see on the news where the New York Post printed the wrong winning numbers to their lottery game!.... the people who had the numbers they printed got a lawyer
