Their pointing to bad behavior (by 13 other lotteries that had computerized drawings) does not justify their bad behavior in switching. It just means that there are major several bad choices that have been made.I wonder how you would witness a drawing. Maybe there would be an announcer saying, OK ... here goes .. his finger is nearing the Enter key ... 2 inches away ... 1 inch ... BINGO! Good luck players

I disagree. In 7 years I have spent 70-80 thousand playing the hoosier lottery pic 4. I play combos mostly. Just last year I spent 8-10 thousand on combos and did not win one cent on the daily four. I truly believe that the posted figures on their website are correct. seeing how they literally pay nothing. That coincides with me being broke.

Mark,Just for what it's worth. In the past, a couple of times here in WIsconsin, I've bought a winning ticket on the street at the local retailer. In one case it was a pick 3 50-cent straight winner and the other it was 4 of 5 in the local 5 of 31 game. Both times, just out of curiosity, I checked the state website for winners and amounts paid out.In neither case did it show up. Yet I certainly did cash in the tickets!Personally, I think it most often may just be inefficiency or incompetance... [ More ]

Subj: Re: daily 4 winnerDate: 3/21/05 2:30:33 PM Central Standard TimeDear Player: Thank you for your message regarding the Daily 4 $50,000 winner. The Indianapolis woman you are referring to played it straight on her$10 Daily 4 ticket. In the March 8 midday drawing, she multiplied herwinnings by 10 and claimed a $50,000 prize. She essentially won 10times. When playing Daily 4, you can place up to a $10 wager to increaseyour payout if you win. I have provided you with a brief example below:A
